Find receipts, statements, and payment notifications; preserve source evidence; and prepare information for review. Financial records are not automatically approved or posted by this connection.
GMAIL-001 · Email organization
Read messages for classification and prepare proposed labels. Applying labels requires separate permission and an explicit approval workflow.
Access stays under the owner's control
The current GmailMCP connection uses read-only Gmail access. Sending emails, creating calendar events, and setting reminders are planned extensions, not capabilities granted by the current connection.
The Google consent screen may display FIN-001 Personal Finance, the existing application name used by this integration. GmailMCP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
